Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive technical support for medium to large-scale enterprises focusing on ITK solutions across collaboration, security, network, and datacenter domains. As a 1st and 2nd Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day analysis and resolution of technical faults via remote access and on-site visits. You will work closely with specialized IT departments, maintain knowledge databases, and manage ticket lifecycles using systems like ServiceNow. The position is ideal for candidates with a strong technical background in Windows infrastructures and Cisco environments (UC, LAN, WLAN, Meraki). Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or Information Electronics Technician) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in the IT environment following a completed vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist, System Electronics Technician).
- Practical experience in installation and administration of client operating systems.
- Proven experience in IT Support, User Helpdesk, or IT Service Desk roles.
- Prior experience in Cisco-specific environments including Unified Communications and Meraki.
- Experience working with professional ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow.
Languages
Additional
- Valid Class B driver's license and willingness to travel are required for on-site customer support. This position is initially via personnel leasing with an option for permanent takeover.
