Job Summary

This role involves providing on-site technical support and field services for a well-established IT system house in the Memmingen area. As an IT Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, participating in large-scale rollout and migration projects, and setting up video conferencing systems. You will provide hands-on support for a variety of hardware including servers, storage systems, PCs, notebooks, and printers, while also delivering 1st and 2nd level support to end users. The position is ideal for both experienced professionals and career starters, offering a secure workplace with regulated hours and flat hierarchies.
