Job Summary

This role involves managing, planning, and overseeing civil engineering projects for the Building and Real Estate Management Authority of North Rhine-Westphalia (BLB NRW). Working within interdisciplinary teams, you will handle demanding new construction, renovation, and infrastructure measures across one of Europe's largest real estate portfolios. Your day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating external service providers, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with HOAI service phases 1-9. You will also be responsible for contract and claim management, as well as coordinating with regulatory authorities.
