Job Summary
This role serves as a vital bridge between business requirements and technical implementation within IT projects. As a (Junior) Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex problems, modeling business processes using BPMN or UML, and creating detailed functional concepts that serve as blueprints for software developers. You will work closely with stakeholders ranging from Product Owners to IT Managers, facilitating workshops and managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience
- 1-2 years of professional experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering, or a similar interface function
- Experience in modeling and analyzing business processes
- Professional experience working within IT projects and collaborating with software developers
- Experience in moderating workshops and managing diverse stakeholder groups
