Job Summary
As a (Junior) Software Developer Consultant, you will transition from standard coding to building scalable architectures and mastering modern software engineering principles. This role is designed as a 'second move' for professionals with initial experience who want to focus on high-quality code and engineering excellence. You will develop sophisticated full-stack or backend solutions, often using Java/Spring Boot or modern frontend frameworks, while working closely with business analysts to translate functional concepts into technical reality. A unique aspect of this position is the integration into the company's Research and Development (R&D) department, where you can explore Cloud-Native technologies and AI. The role emphasizes Clean Code, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and maintainable architecture. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- 1-2 years of professional experience in software development
- Experience with Java or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Practical experience with Git and CI/CD workflows
- Experience in evaluating technical feasibility of business requirements
- Initial experience in accompanying software releases

- Willingness to travel predominantly within North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) for client site visits. Must have the ability to work in a hybrid model (remote, office, and client site).
