This full-time, permanent role within the Central Management and Personnel department of the City of Hof involves managing a diverse range of HR administrative tasks. You will be responsible for processing employment contracts under the TVöD collective agreement, managing occupational integration management (BEM), and handling notifications for work accidents and pregnancies. A significant part of the role includes digitizing personnel files and managing budgetary matters, including fund management and contract database maintenance. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed training as a Civil Servant in the 2nd qualification level (Administration and Finance) or as a Municipal Administrative Assistant (VFA-K), or completion of the Administrative Employee Course I (BL I).
Experience

- Experience in processing employment contracts and personnel legal matters
- Proven experience in handling confidential information and data protection
- Experience in budgetary management and financial administration within a public office
