Job Summary
As an Onsite IT Technician in Frankfurt am Main, you will serve as the primary hands-on problem solver for hardware and software issues. Your daily responsibilities include setting up and dismantling IT workstations, providing both remote and onsite support for Windows environments, and managing network and printer infrastructures. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, system maintenance, and documenting all incidents within a ticket system while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys direct user interaction and technical instruction. The position is offered initially through a personnel service provider with a clear option for permanent takeover by an established IT specialist company. It features attractive conditions including a 35-hour work week, 30 days of vacation upon permanent hire, and a family-friendly environment with flat hierarchies.
Required Skills
Education
Completed IT vocational training or an equivalent professional qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in setting up clients and performing software installations
- Experience in providing both onsite and remote technical support
- Proven experience using ticket systems in compliance with SLAs
- Experience in user training and technical documentation

- Location: Frankfurt am Main. This is a full-time position (35 hours/week) initially via temporary employment with a permanent takeover option.
