Job Summary

As an Onsite IT Technician in Frankfurt am Main, you will serve as the primary hands-on problem solver for hardware and software issues. Your daily responsibilities include setting up and dismantling IT workstations, providing both remote and onsite support for Windows environments, and managing network and printer infrastructures. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, system maintenance, and documenting all incidents within a ticket system while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
