Job Summary

As a Maintenance Manager for rail vehicles, you will play a pivotal role in managing maintenance contracts and providing expert technical guidance to both leadership and staff. Your daily responsibilities include coordinating with external service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure maintenance measures are executed according to specifications. You will be responsible for evaluating technical documentation such as work instructions and checklists, as well as representing the company's interests during contract negotiations. A significant part of the role involves technical analysis, resource planning for personnel and materials, and the optimization of maintenance processes.
