Job Summary

As the Executive Director for the SHERPA-X program, you will spearhead Siemens' flagship business transformation initiative to harmonize global enterprise processes and implement AI-enabled digital operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve defining the transformation roadmap, overseeing end-to-end process ownership, and managing complex program phases from design through to global rollout. You will serve as a critical senior interface for C-level executives (CEOs, CFOs, CIOs), ensuring alignment across business domains, IT, and finance. This role is unique for its massive scale, involving the management of large-scale cross-functional teams and the integration of major platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and Teamcenter. You will be responsible for the program's governance, financial budgeting, and risk management, driving a 'ONE Tech' strategy to establish Siemens as a global benchmark for AI-native enterprise processes.
