Job Summary

This role involves the independent management of complex nationwide projects within the realm of tunnel operation and control technology. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initial strategy and planning to execution and final handover. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating technical and assembly planning, monitoring project progress, and managing external subcontractors and suppliers. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, consortium partners, and internal departments, ensuring all technical and economic requirements are met. The position is unique for its focus on sustainable infrastructure and 'Smart Buildings' ecosystems, offering significant creative freedom and the opportunity to lead a project team. Beyond technical oversight, you will handle project controlling and risk management, contributing to the development of intuitive infrastructure that supports community development and environmental preservation.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Electrical Power Engineering/Systems; alternatively, a completed vocational training with further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician (Techniker).

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in electrical power engineering or electrical power systems
  • Extensive project management experience in the planning, construction, or operation of road tunnel technical facilities
  • Proven experience in leading project teams and managing external subcontractors
  • Practical experience with MS Office, specifically MS Project
  • Experience in project controlling and commercial project monitoring
