Job Summary

In this role, you will act as the central point of contact for the end-to-end technical management of complex events. Your daily responsibilities include creating technical planning documents, diagrams, and specifications using advanced CAD software, while overseeing the entire project lifecycle from initial concept to on-site execution. You will be responsible for coordinating internal and external partners, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring high-quality delivery. A key part of the role involves on-site technical leadership during the setup, execution, and dismantling phases, as well as managing risk assessments. Required Skills

Education

University degree or equivalent qualification in Event Technology, Media Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

  • Extensive professional experience in technical planning, project coordination, and project management within the event technology sector
  • Profound expertise in various event disciplines including rigging, audio, lighting, and media technology
  • Proven experience using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, or Vectorworks for technical documentation
  • Experience working in interdisciplinary and international teams
