Job Summary

As an IT Onsite Technician based in Holzkirchen, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical problem-solving and system maintenance. Your daily responsibilities include installing and configuring end-user devices and software, performing software rollouts, and setting up new workstations. You will actively analyze and resolve user IT issues, ensuring all actions are documented accurately within a ticketing system. This role requires a high degree of customer orientation as you collaborate with various departments and generate detailed reports on IT performance.
