As a Laboratory Technician at the Faculty of Bioengineering, you will play a vital role in the Brewing and Beverage Technology department at the Weihenstephan campus. Your daily responsibilities include preparing, organizing, and supervising microbiological practical courses and student research projects. You will manage laboratory operations, including the procurement of materials, documentation, and quality assurance tasks. Additionally, you will support sensory testing (tastings) and collaborate with faculty to assist students in their academic projects.
