Job Summary

As an IT Rollout Technician in Frankfurt am Main, you will be the primary point of contact for end-users within a 'TechLounge' environment and through floor-walking support. Your daily responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of hardware, from issuing and returning devices to providing comprehensive 1st-level support for Windows notebooks, MacBooks, and iOS/Android mobile devices. You will play a critical role in troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Citrix VDI environments, and network configurations while documenting all activities within ServiceNow.
