Job Summary

As an IT Rollout Technician in Frankfurt am Main, you will be the primary point of contact for users within a 'TechLounge' environment and during floorwalks. Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing first-level hardware support for Windows notebooks, MacBooks, and iOS devices, as well as managing user accounts via Azure and Intune. You will be responsible for creating and documenting tickets in ServiceNow, resolving issues using existing knowledge bases, and escalating complex problems to second-level support.
