As the Technical Director for the Ritter von Kempski Private Hotels, specifically based at the Naturresort & Spa Schindelbruch, you will hold overall responsibility for the seamless operation of all technical facilities across a premier wellness resort. Your daily routine involves managing a team of 8-10 technicians, coordinating maintenance and repair schedules, and overseeing building systems, grounds, and the vehicle fleet. You will ensure compliance with all safety regulations and legal requirements while managing technical projects and administrative tasks such as duty rosters and on-call planning.
