This crucial role requires a dedicated Technical Manager to assume overall responsibility for the seamless operation of all technical areas within the Ritter von Kempski Private Hotels, specifically at the Naturresort & Spa Schindelbruch. Day-to-day duties involve comprehensive maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and all internal technical systems, including creating and coordinating maintenance and repair schedules. A core function is the empathetic leadership and motivation of an 8-10 person technical team, ensuring efficient personnel deployment and adherence to all safety and legal regulations. Candidates must be trained Electrical Technicians with several years of professional experience in a comparable position and possess strong leadership and MS Office skills.
