Job Summary

As a Software Engineer for Simulation UI Systems at Airbus in Manching, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of aerospace simulation technology. Your daily responsibilities involve communicating with stakeholders to gather requirements and architecting the software foundation for simulation control, instructor operating stations, and flight training debriefing systems. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in Information Technology or Information Systems
  • Extensive experience in software development using C++ and Qt/QML for user interface programming
  • Professional experience in defining and designing software architectures for complex systems
  • Experience in simulation technology is considered a significant advantage
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams and participating in agile ceremonies like stand-ups and retrospectives
