Job Summary

As an IT System Integration Engineer at HENSOLDT, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, and installation of complex IT hardware and software components within the aerospace and defense sector. Your daily activities will involve building and maintaining heterogeneous laboratory and test environments across Windows and Linux platforms, including servers, clients, IP networks, and virtual machines. You will play a pivotal role in developing concepts for automated installations of distributed simulation systems, specifically for air-gapped environments. This position is highly collaborative, requiring close work with agile teams in System Engineering, Software Development, and DevOps to build CI/CD pipelines and automate build and release processes. This role is unique for its focus on the Simsphere® Simulation Suite and high-level military simulation technology, offering a secure, permanent contract with attractive IG Metall-aligned compensation in the scenic Lake Constance region.
