As a System Test Manager, you will take on a pivotal leadership role within a fast-growing high-tech company specializing in mission-critical communication systems for civil and military defense. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a comparable STEM subject, or a technical vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist).

Experience

  • Extensive experience in verification and validation processes for software products
  • Proven experience with functional, acceptance, and performance testing
  • Practical experience using ALM and test management tools such as Jira-Xray or IBM DOORS
  • Professional background in agile development environments using Scrum or Kanban
  • Technical experience with wired and wireless communication technologies
