As an Admissions & Programme Manager within the Talent & Skills Development Unit at EIT Health, you will lead the end-to-end management of the Certified Innovation Pathway (CIP) and various executive education offerings. Your daily responsibilities include overseeing candidate selection, guiding learners from enrollment to graduation, and coordinating high-quality programme delivery alongside internal digital learning teams and external partners. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with EIT Label and Horizon Europe funding rules while driving the continuous improvement of the curriculum based on participant feedback. Required Skills
Education
Equivalent professional experience in programme delivery or training is highly valued; formal education in health, life sciences, or education is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
- 5+ years in managing professional or executive education programmes specifically within healthcare, pharma, medtech, or life sciences sectors
- Professional experience in coordinating multi-stakeholder projects involving industry, associations, or consortia
- Proven experience with quality assurance and accreditation standards for professional education
- Experience working in a remote-first, multicultural environment
- Exposure to EU-funded projects such as Horizon Europe, EIT, or Erasmus+ is highly desirable

- Willingness to travel up to five times per year for residential components and key events. Must be located in Germany, Spain, or Poland for remote hiring eligibility.
