Job Summary

As an Innovation to Market Manager at EIT Health, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact funding programmes designed to accelerate healthcare solutions across Europe. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing programme conceptualization, call design, project selection, and active portfolio management for a diverse ecosystem of start-ups and research institutions. You will serve as the primary contact for funded projects, monitoring their progress, addressing execution risks, and providing tailored advisory support to connect them with European ecosystem opportunities. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a background in health technology and innovation management who enjoys cross-functional collaboration. Required Skills

Education

Master’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Health Economics, Innovation Management, or Biomedical Sciences.

Experience

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in technology and innovation within a company, consultancy, fund, or public–private organization
  • Proven experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder programmes or initiatives
  • Professional experience with product development and emerging technologies
  • Experience with the European start-up and scale-up ecosystem
  • Experience with grant funding and European research and innovation funding mechanisms is preferred

  • Willingness and ability to travel within Europe approximately once per quarter. Must be located in Germany, France, Spain, or Poland for remote-first hiring.
