Job Summary
As an IT Change and Release Manager for the German Pension Insurance (DRV), you will serve as the central point of contact for all matters regarding IT change and release management. Your daily responsibilities include the strategic and operational expansion of release processes, planning and managing software updates, and ensuring the completeness of development deliveries. You will evaluate and approve change requests while coordinating technical requirements with various stakeholders to maintain audit-proof documentation. This role is vital for the 'rvEvolution' project, which aims to build a modern, future-oriented core IT system. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor's or Diploma) in Economics, Administrative Sciences, or a Technical field; or equivalent qualifications (e.g., Fachwirt); or completed vocational training in a technical, economic, or IT field.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in IT Service Management, specifically in Change or Release Management.
- Practical experience in related roles such as IT Project Management or IT Consulting.
- Proven experience working in a digital environment.
- Demonstrated experience using release management tools like Jira and Confluence.

Additional
- Must be able to pass a security clearance check according to the Security Clearance Act (§ 9 SÜG). Willingness to undertake occasional business travel is required. Location: Berlin or Würzburg.
