Job Summary
This role involves the planning and implementation of 'RadNETZ' bicycle infrastructure projects within the Heilbronn, Hohenlohe, and Main-Tauber districts. Working for the Stuttgart Regional Council (Regierungspräsidium), the successful candidate will manage the entire project lifecycle, from tendering and awarding planning contracts to supervising construction services. Day-to-day responsibilities include active participation in building law procedures, coordinating with the Ministry of Transport, and engaging in public relations and stakeholder communication. The position is ideal for a civil engineer who enjoys interdisciplinary collaboration and wants to contribute to modern mobility solutions. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Master's or Diploma) in Civil Engineering from a university or an accredited Master's program.
Experience
- Professional experience in civil engineering or infrastructure planning
- Experience in tendering and awarding of planning and construction services
- Experience in public administration or interdisciplinary project work is preferred
- Experience in communication and public participation processes
Languages
Additional
- Valid Class B driver's license and willingness to undertake business travel are required. The position is fixed-term for 2.5 years.
