Job Summary

As an Operations Engineer within the Facility Management division in Berlin, you will be responsible for the technical management of a diverse real estate portfolio, including federal ministries, research facilities, and security agency buildings. Your daily responsibilities involve ensuring the operational safety and compliance of technical building systems, managing external service providers, and overseeing contract performance. You will play a critical role in planning and implementing maintenance measures, preparing technical specifications for national and international tenders, and acting as the client representative for construction projects. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical university degree (Diploma or Bachelor) in Building Technology, Electrical Engineering, Supply Engineering, Technical Facility Management, or a comparable field; or a qualification as a state-certified technician.
