Job Summary

This role is situated within the Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) department of Germany's largest pension insurance provider, serving over 27,000 employees. As an IT Operator, you will be responsible for the administration, operation, and continuous improvement of digital whiteboard solutions and SaaS applications. Your daily tasks include coordinating IT processes, performing problem analysis and troubleshooting in collaboration with external service providers, and creating technical documentation and user guides. You will play a key role in developing standards and guidelines for the organization's UCC environment. Required Skills
