Job Summary
This role involves leading the commercial real estate department for the City of Erkrath, overseeing a portfolio of both city-owned and leased properties. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for the leadership and development of staff through modern management standards, including goal setting and performance reviews. You will manage budget planning, cost monitoring, and reporting while ensuring the economic efficiency of all contracts and procurement procedures related to construction and maintenance. A key project includes supporting the implementation of 'Infoma' software for facility and financial management. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Public Administration (Diplom/Bachelor), Business Administration, Law (1st State Exam/Diplom/Bachelor), or Real Estate Management. Alternatively, completion of the Administrative Qualification Examination II (Verwaltungsfachwirt/in).
Experience
- Professional experience in the commercial management of buildings and real estate
