Job Summary
This permanent role within the Real Estate Management department of the City of Erkrath involves overseeing the technical life cycle of municipal buildings. You will be responsible for the project management, planning, and construction supervision of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, cooling, and wastewater systems (HVAC/MEP). A significant portion of the role focuses on energy management, where you will identify energy-saving potentials, implement energy efficiency standards, and monitor results via building automation systems (GLT). Additionally, you will handle the calculation of budgetary requirements and represent technical projects in political committee meetings. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor, Master, or Diploma) in Supply Engineering, Energy Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
Experience

- Experience in energy management and identifying energy-saving potentials is desirable
- Practical knowledge of climate protection and energy efficiency measures
- Proven experience in handling technical regulations, norms, and legal standards
- Experience in coordinating with various stakeholders and public authorities
