Job Summary
As a Quality Assurance Specialist for a global leader in the building materials industry, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of innovative products like facade plasters and tile adhesives. Your daily responsibilities involve inspecting incoming raw materials, monitoring production cycles, and making decisive calls on product releases or holds based on specific parameters. You will also handle complaints, evaluate self-monitoring test results, and collaborate with the laboratory and production teams to optimize formulas and processes. This role is ideal for those who enjoy a mix of technical oversight and hands-on testing. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Building Materials Tester or Laboratory Assistant is preferred. Alternatively, a craft-based vocational qualification in the main construction trade (e.g., Plasterer, Bricklayer) is accepted.

- Professional experience in quality assurance or laboratory environments
- Experience in the construction industry or building materials sector
- Experience in raw material inspection and production monitoring
- Experience working with industry standards and norms
- Experience in a shift-based work environment
Languages
Additional
- A valid work permit for Germany is strictly mandatory. Must be willing to work in a 2-shift system (Early shift: 05:30–14:00; Late shift: 13:30–22:00).
