Job Summary

As an In-Process Control (IPC) Specialist in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for IPC systems used in the production of oncology and life-saving medications. Your daily responsibilities include managing the maintenance and calibration of IPC equipment through external service providers, performing regular system checks, and ensuring all operations remain compliant with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. You will play a critical role in process optimization, change control management, and the creation of qualification reports. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of production and quality assurance, providing technical support for internal teams and participating in facility expansion projects. The role is highly collaborative, requiring you to represent the department during internal and external audits while ensuring that all measurement systems operate with high precision and reliability.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in a scientific field or a university degree in Pharmacy, Microbiology, or Food Technology.

Experience

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical production or analytics if applying with a vocational background
  • Professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment
  • Experience in managing external service providers for technical maintenance
  • Experience in handling deviations and change control processes
  • Proven experience in creating and reviewing technical documentation
