Job Summary

As a Technology Transfer Project Manager, you will lead the implementation of new pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and product optimizations at a production site in Halle/Westphalia. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve acting as the primary point of contact for national and international contract manufacturing clients, managing process validation activities, and coordinating the production of clinical samples. You will be instrumental in structuring Quality Assurance Agreements (QAA) and commercial supply contracts while collaborating closely with production and quality control departments. This role is unique for its high level of visibility, as you will represent the company at international congresses and to potential cooperation partners. It is an ideal position for a professional with a scientific background who enjoys interdisciplinary teamwork and multi-project management in a life-saving medical field.

Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree in Natural Sciences (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field).

Experience

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Extensive knowledge of drug manufacturing processes
  • Proven experience in multi-project management and structured work organization
  • Experience in interdisciplinary teamwork and professional communication
  • Experience in offer preparation and contract structuring for transfer projects
