As a Field Service Engineer at Prosystems IT, you will be a key member of the Life Cycle Management department, primarily serving high-profile clients in the banking and Sparkasse sectors. Your daily responsibilities involve the full lifecycle of hardware support, including installation, relocation, and decommissioning (IMAC/R) across the Düsseldorf, Cologne, and Essen regions. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues both remotely and on-site, performing preventive maintenance, and managing specialized systems such as telephony and printing infrastructure. Experience

  • Practical experience in the IMAC/R environment (Install, Move, Add, Change, Remove)
  • Experience in remote and on-site error analysis and troubleshooting
  • Experience in hardware lifecycle management and preventive maintenance
