Job Summary

As a Field Service Engineer at Prosystems IT, you will be a key member of the Life Cycle Management department, primarily serving banking and financial sector clients in Wiesbaden. Your daily responsibilities involve the full spectrum of hardware lifecycle support, including large-scale rollout projects and IMAC/R (Install, Move, Add, Change, and Remove) activities. You will be responsible for the physical installation, relocation, and decommissioning of hardware, alongside performing technical maintenance, troubleshooting, and software updates both remotely and on-site. This role is ideal for technical professionals who enjoy a mix of hands-on hardware work and administrative tasks such as telephony and printer management. Required Skills

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT technical services or field service engineering
  • Practical experience in the IMAC/R environment
  • Experience in hardware installation, maintenance, and technical troubleshooting
  • Experience in Windows administration and client management systems is preferred

  • Valid Class B driver's license is mandatory. Willingness to travel and perform on-site service at customer locations is required. Primary work location is Wiesbaden.
