As the Head of Organizational Development for the City of Wolfenbüttel, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for shaping the administrative structure and efficiency of a public sector employer with over 1,000 employees. Your daily responsibilities include managing the municipal staffing plan, overseeing job evaluations, and developing internal guidelines for communication, cooperation, and compliance. You will serve as a key driver for administrative transformation, ensuring organizational policies are modern and effective. Required Skills

Education

Completed Diploma or Bachelor's degree in General Administration, Public Business Administration, Law, Personnel Management, Organizational Management, or a comparable field of study; alternatively, completion of the Employee Training Course II (Angestelltenlehrgang II).

  • Proven professional experience in conducting or supporting job evaluations within a public administration setting
  • Experience in managing administrative organizational structures and staffing plans
