As a Facilities Team Coordinator for the City of Wolfenbüttel, you will play a central role in managing the administrative and organizational heartbeat of the Building Department. Your daily responsibilities include providing high-level executive assistance, coordinating meetings and business travel, and managing departmental correspondence. You will act as a vital link between the structural engineering and building services teams, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflows. A significant part of the role involves supporting public procurement processes (VOB/A and UVgO) and assisting in the preparation of official reports and presentations. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training with a legal or commercial focus, such as Administrative Assistant, Office Management Specialist, or Industrial Clerk.
Experience
- Professional experience in office management, administration, or industrial commerce
- Experience in handling administrative and legal workflows
- Professional experience in the public sector is preferred
- Experience in supporting public tender processes is an advantage
- Experience within the construction or building services sector is a plus

- Must be able to work between 30 and 39 hours per week. Location is Wolfenbüttel, Germany. Applicants must be prepared to work within the TVöD (Public Service) framework.
