Job Summary
This role offers a dynamic opportunity to bridge the gap between life sciences and high-tech automation. As a Biologist within the sales team, you will manage the entire project lifecycle for advanced microscopy systems. Your day-to-day activities involve conducting live demonstrations at trade fairs and client sites, providing technical and application-based consulting, and configuring bespoke system solutions for international partners. You will also be responsible for on-site installations and professional user training. This position is ideal for those who enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration and want to translate complex scientific requirements into practical technological solutions. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Natural Sciences or Life Sciences (e.g., Biology, Biotechnology, Physics, or equivalent) - Bachelor, Master, or PhD level.
Experience
- Professional experience in technical or application-based customer consulting
- Experience in presenting complex scientific systems at conferences or trade fairs
- Proven ability in project coordination from initial contact to commissioning
- Experience in creating customized technical offers and system configurations
- Background in interdisciplinary collaboration between development and technical teams
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 30%). Knowledge of a Scandinavian language (Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish) is an advantage.
