Job Summary
As an IT Project Manager at the Deutsche Angestellten-Akademie (DAA), you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of diverse IT projects. Your daily activities will include creating detailed project plans, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring rigorous project controlling through status and risk reporting. You will serve as a vital link between IT leadership, internal departments, and external partners, facilitating communication and moderating steering committee meetings. This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to support the IT Department Head with management reports and decision-making presentations. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed vocational training or university degree in the IT field or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in the coordination or management of IT projects
- Proven experience or qualification in project management methodologies
- Practical experience with both classical and agile project management methods
- Experience in preparing management reports and decision-making documentation
- Demonstrated experience in cross-departmental coordination and communication
