Job Summary
As an IT Project Manager at the DAA headquarters in Hamburg, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, steering, and monitoring of diverse IT projects. Your daily activities include creating detailed project plans, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring structured project controlling through status and risk reporting. You will serve as a central coordinator between IT leadership, internal departments, and external partners, facilitating communication and managing dependencies across parallel projects. Additionally, you will support the IT department head by preparing management reports and decision-making presentations. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed vocational training or a degree in the IT field or a comparable qualification; specific qualification in project management is required.
Experience
- Professional experience in the coordination or management of IT projects
- Practical experience with both classic and agile project management methods
- Proven track record in stakeholder coordination and interface management
- Experience in preparing management-level reports and decision-making documents
