Job Summary
As the Electrical Workshop Manager at the Eschweiler site, you will lead a dedicated team of approximately three employees, overseeing both the disciplinary and technical aspects of the workshop. Your daily responsibilities include implementing modern maintenance strategies, advancing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives, and ensuring all mandatory electrical inspections are completed on time. You will play a strategic role in evolving the workshop through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies while maintaining strict adherence to safety and health regulations. This position is ideal for a proactive leader who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional departments and external contractors to meet GMP, cost, and scheduling targets. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering with further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister), Technician, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment
- At least 5 years of experience in technical and disciplinary personnel leadership
- Professional experience in managing external contractors and third-party companies
- Proven track record in project collaboration and hazard assessment

- Travel requirement of up to 5%. This is an on-site position in Eschweiler; no relocation assistance is provided. Must be able to work within a GMP-regulated environment.
