Job Summary

This role involves coordinating the development of innovative IT products and solutions within one of Germany's largest IT landscapes at the Federal Employment Agency (BA). You will be responsible for the technical development and architecture of data products, managing the entire product lifecycle from initial requirement analysis and stakeholder management to final implementation. Working within the Business Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence division, you will bridge the gap between business departments and technical development teams to maximize user value. The position is unique for its scale, handling a data warehouse with over 600 billion records, and offers high flexibility with up to 80% remote work. You will play a key role in shaping modern IT solutions that support labor market research, official statistics, and operational controlling across Germany.
