Job Summary

As a Specialist System Engineer for Kubernetes Security, you will join the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) department at the IT System House of the Federal Employment Agency (BA). You will be responsible for the security components of the Intranet Container Platform (ICP), which serves as the strategic Kubernetes-based operating platform for all internal procedures. Your day-to-day involves designing and developing security rules and tools in collaboration with Information Security Management, focusing on admission control, pod security standards, and RBAC. You will plan, manage, and maintain IT infrastructures while ensuring high availability and protection against threats. This role is particularly attractive due to its high flexibility, offering up to 80% remote work, a permanent contract within the public service sector (TV-BA), and extensive professional development opportunities with up to 20 days of training per year.
