Job Summary

As a Working Student in IT Administration, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of a sustainable employee assistance provider. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include acting as the primary point of contact for employees facing IT issues across multiple locations and home offices. You will manage hardware rollouts, maintain user accounts, and document IT systems. A significant part of the role involves technical data management, where you will create queries and evaluations from MS-CRM and Access databases. Experience

  • Experience working with databases

  • Professional experience in handling hardware setup and rollouts
  • Experience in structured task management and documentation
  • Experience with SAP or AI systems is considered an advantage
