Job Summary

As a Working Student in IT Administration at awo lifebalance, you will play a vital role in maintaining the digital infrastructure for a sustainable Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve serving as the primary contact for IT-related issues for colleagues across various locations, including remote workers. You will manage hardware rollouts, maintain user accounts, and generate critical reports from MS-CRM and Access databases. This position is ideal for a student looking for a meaningful role in a social and sustainable environment. You will gain hands-on experience in IT systems documentation and contribute to diverse IT projects within an innovative field. Required Skills

Education

Current enrollment in a university degree program (specifically relevant for Working Student status).

Experience

  • Experience working with databases
  • Practical knowledge of programming languages such as SQL and VBA

  • Experience with SAP or AI systems is considered an advantage
