Job Summary
As a Working Student in IT Administration at awo lifebalance, you will play a vital role in maintaining the digital infrastructure for a sustainable Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve serving as the primary contact for IT-related issues for colleagues across various locations, including remote workers. You will manage hardware rollouts, maintain user accounts, and generate critical reports from MS-CRM and Access databases. - Experience with SAP or AI systems is considered an advantage
