Job Summary

This part-time IT Administration Working Student role offers the opportunity to support the IT infrastructure of a socially impactful organization focused on work-life balance services. The successful candidate will be the primary contact for all IT-related issues across various locations (Bielefeld, Ratingen, and Home Office). Day-to-day tasks involve essential IT support, including managing the setup, rollout, and exchange of hardware, as well as creating and maintaining user accounts. A critical component of the role involves data management, requiring proficiency in creating queries and evaluations using MS-CRM, Access, and Excel, leveraging knowledge of SQL and VBA.
