This role offers a dynamic opportunity for a Master Electrician to lead and organize an electrical team while managing complex projects within the machinery and plant engineering sector. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of electrical systems, including planning, installation, commissioning, and maintenance. A unique aspect of this position is the initial 1-2 year onboarding phase, which involves field service and assembly work at customer sites to gain deep technical and team insight. During this period, you will follow a schedule of two weeks on-site followed by one week at home. Required Skills

Education

Master Craftsman Certificate in Electrical Engineering (Elektromeister) or equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • Leadership experience in managing and developing technical teams
  • Experience in interpreting and working with electrical circuit diagrams and control technology
  • Practical experience in commissioning and troubleshooting industrial machinery
