Job Summary

As a Master Electrician, you will play a pivotal role in leading and organizing the electrical team while overseeing complex technical projects. Your daily responsibilities include the planning, coordination, and monitoring of electrotechnical systems within machinery and plant environments. You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, as well as performing detailed fault analysis and technical troubleshooting. A significant part of this role involves mentoring and developing your team to ensure high safety and quality standards. This position is unique as it begins with a 1-2 year introductory phase focused on field assembly and commissioning at customer sites, operating on a schedule of two weeks on-site followed by one week at home. This allows you to gain deep practical knowledge of the equipment and teams before transitioning into a more stationary leadership and disposition role. It is an excellent opportunity for a technical expert seeking a mix of hands-on field work and professional leadership responsibilities.
