You will also oversee external service providers and maintain technical documentation in IT systems. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Facility Technician for Energy and Building Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience as a caretaker or facility technician
  • Experience in troubleshooting, fault rectification, and repair of building systems
  • Experience in coordinating and monitoring external service providers
  • Experience in creating technical reports and using IT systems for documentation

Languages

German (Fluent)

Additional

  • Valid Class B driver's license required. Must have a valid, permanent work and residence permit for Germany. Readiness to work in a rotating shift system (06:00-14:30 and 08:15-17:00).
