As a Facility Manager in Nuremberg, you will be responsible for the comprehensive technical maintenance of residential and commercial properties. Your daily routine involves supporting service technicians with troubleshooting, repairs, and inspections, as well as independently performing minor repairs and security checks. You will act as a key point of contact for external service providers, overseeing their performance and ensuring all technical documentation and reports are accurately maintained in the IT systems. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Experience in the maintenance, inspection, and repair of building technical systems
  • Experience in coordinating and controlling external service providers
  • Experience in technical documentation and reporting

  • Valid Class B driver's license required. Must have a valid, permanent work and residence permit for Germany (no visa sponsorship provided). Readiness to work in a rotating shift system (06:30-15:00 and 14:00-21:00).
