Job Summary

This role involves serving as the primary technical coordinator for the Public Health Department, where you will manage specialized software applications and drive digital transformation. Day-to-day responsibilities include administering technical procedures, optimizing system interfaces, and organizing internal software training. You will act as a bridge between the health office and the central IT department to determine hardware and software requirements. A significant focus of this position is the implementation of digital workflows, specifically the introduction of electronic files (E-Akte) and the fulfillment of Online Access Act (OZG) requirements. You will also provide direct support to staff for software-related issues and coordinate various IT projects. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist, IT Systems Electronics Technician, Information Technology Assistant, IT Systems Management Assistant, or Digitalization Management Assistant; OR a University degree (Bachelor/Diploma) in Computer Science or Business Informatics.

Experience

  • Professional experience in public administration is preferred
  • Experience in the implementation and management of digitalization projects
  • Proven ability to analyze complex legal requirements and their technical impacts
  • Practical experience in providing technical user support and software consulting
