Job Summary

This role involves driving the digital transformation of the City of Pulheim by implementing a comprehensive digitalization strategy. Day-to-day, the successful candidate will manage IT projects, develop Document Management Systems (DMS), and implement services in accordance with the Online Access Act (OZG). You will act as a vital bridge between specialized departments, software vendors, and data centers, ensuring smooth software rollouts and providing necessary training to staff. The position requires a technical background in IT management or computer science, combined with a strong service-oriented mindset. Required Skills

Education
